At Purely Natural Remedies, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing and delivery schedule.


Order Processing and Shipping Schedule
  • Orders received on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays until 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship the next business day.
  • Orders received after Wednesday at 2:00 PM Eastern Time will ship on the following Monday.
  • In the event of a delay, we will do our best to notify you promptly via email or text.


Closures for Shabbat and Jewish Holidays
We are closed on Shabbat (Friday evening to Saturday evening) and Jewish holidays. Orders received during these closures will be processed on the next available business day. Please plan your orders accordingly.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
  • All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided. 
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times do not include processing time.
